Jason Woolslare

Jason Woolslare is a Pittsburgh based painter, illustrator and visual art teacher.  Woolslare presents quite an extensive and storied resume: Exhibiting locally in numerous solo and and group gallery shows in Pittsburgh's Cultural District and in Gallery's on Penn Avenue gallery crawls; exhibiting at the Three Rivers Arts Festival and winning the Emerging Artist Scholarship and most recently awarded the Winner of the 2015 Juror's Choice Award for originality, depth of concept, continuity of design and quality of craftsmanship.  Jason has exhibited at the Ann Arbor Street Art Festival (University of Michigan).  A collection of his works was sold to the distinguished American Visionary Museum in Baltimore.  Woolslare has been commissioned to create artwork for businesses and organizations including Jeep, VA Pittsburgh, the film "Promised Land", and numerous professional clients and art collectors.  Jason Woolslare lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife Nikki, daughters Isabel and Scarlett, and their dog Maizey.
