Kit Paulsen
Kit is an award-winning artist from Washington County, PA, whose works have been described as "expressive", "brave", and "hey, lady, what's this supposed to be?". After escaping a successful career as an Art Director, she happily turned to painting and illustration. As well as being a member of this organization, Kit is in the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee with a double major in both painting and design, she lives on a farm in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands with her husband, two cats, a dog, five chickens, two horses and various wild creatures. It is a place of inspiration and endless subjects, many of which can be seen in her work.
