A multifaceted artist, Tara is also an oil painter, children’s book illustrator, and University level educator. 

 She received a BFA from Kent State University in Visual Communication Design/ Illustration, and an MFA from the University of New Mexico in Painting. She has studied Fashion Illustration from London artist Scott Mason and has taken animation courses from Pixar artists.
