Cheryl Ceol – My Story

I grew up in the small mining town of Claridge, near Bushy Run State Park, PA.

The love of nature began at an early age living so close to the park.  So, depicting nature scenes and plein air work is a favorite of mine.

An Art Institute of Pittsburgh graduate, I’ve acquired experience in the printing and sign industry, with freelance work in portraiture, graphic design and illustration.

I’ve  done illustration work for a national magazine, gaming company, science fiction/fantasy writer and an online children’s religious website.

 I enjoy the challenge of depicting an event or storyline through images.  So much so, that I self published ‘Can You Picture This?’ You Draw It / You Find It / You Say It / Your Write It.

I thank God for all he’s given me and pray everyone uses the gifts he's given you as well.
