Hello!

My name is China and I am a Pittsburgh based Illustrator. I studied Illustration at the Academy of Art University, in San Francisco, CA and graduated in 2013. Since then I have Self-Published a children's book and worked as a freelance Illustrator for a variety of clients in the tech industry. Currently I am open to freelance work in advertising and surface pattern design for products. I am also interested in personal design commissions.

My art style can be described as bold and playful. I enjoy making patterns and combining linocut printmaking techniques with digital art. I'm inspired by nature and animals, which I like to infuse into my work. When i'm not drawing you can find me biking to new places, hiking, or relaxing in the park with a good book.
